Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or doesn’t match the approved sample. Request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery, and items must be unused with original packaging. Note: Custom/OEM products are non‑returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return
- Email info@hellomastergarment.com with order details and photos of the issue — we’ll review within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method or store credit. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours without penalty. Later cancellations may incur a restocking fee, especially for custom orders already in production.

- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are negotiated per order — typically deposit + balance before shipment. Confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price.
Shipping, Delivery & Liability
- Delivery timelines are estimates; delays from carriers, customs, or force majeure are not our liability. Risk passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
Website content is owned by HelloMasterGarment. Client‑provided designs for OEM orders remain the client’s intellectual property and will not be used without permission.
Governing Law & Changes
Governed by the laws of Pakistan; disputes subject to the courts of Lahore. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
